You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from TH Estate Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure delivery of your order on the first attempt.
Wines purchased from TH Estate Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card on File
With customer consent, TH Estate Wines has the ability to retain credit card information in our secure customer database. A credit card on file is required for all wine club accounts. When provided, the customer authorizes TH Estate Wines to process orders on their behalf using their card on file. For wine club specific Terms & Conditions regarding the credit card on file, please click here.
We are enrolled in the Visa® Account Updater and the MasterCard® Automatic Billing Updater programs. These programs enable sharing updated account information between us and your credit card company for your annual recurring billing authorization. If your credit card number or expiration date has changed, we receive your updated account information. Once we receive your updated account information, we automatically update your payment profile for processing your recurring wine club shipment.
American Express® has a similar updater program that requires no action on our part. Once American Express receives your recurring billing authorzation from us for your annual wine club shipment, they internally identify your new card number and expiration date, and process transactions without sending it to us, so your payment profile is not updated.
Wine is a perishable commodity. Temperature extremes (hot, humid summer and cold winter) may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. TH Estate Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Inspect all packages as soon as they are received. If they are of your satisfaction, enjoy!
If any bottles are broken, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can initiate a claim with our fulfillment center or the carrier direct.
Please keep the original package(s) and its contents exactly as they were delivered. If possible, take photographs documenting the damage.
In most cases, we will arrange to have the carrier retrieve the package. Understand that if the broken product cannot be retrieved, we cannot receive compensation for the loss.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled or refused orders, in addition to all shipping charges incurred. For the wine club specific Cancellation Policy, please click here.
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed (TCA or VA only). We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. If you believe your bottle is damaged or flawed, please retain the unfinished portion of the wine (including the cork) and contact our tasting room immediately. If the bottle proves damaged or flawed, you will receive replacement wine of the same vintage, if available.
