Ultra small production Pinot Noir from one of the most exclusive vineyards on California’s Central Coast.
It was here and then gone
and scooped it’s maybe prey
it will come back

Located in the north eastern corner of the AVA this vineyard site is a few degrees warmer. John Sebastiano’s fruit ripens a little earlier here than Radian and La Encantada. We get two Dijon clones from this location, 115 and 667, which we like to co-ferment, if luck has it in store for us. This lovely vineyard is meticulously farmed.
The wine has a medium ruby color and is full on the palate, while exhibiting dark cherry fruit, pretty floral notes, spice, smoking tobacco. It’s layered and complex with a pleasing acidic balance that gains depth on the finish.
