Located in the southwest corner of the AVA. The vineyard site is within six miles of the ocean and is the coolest of the three sites we source from in the AVA. This botting is a blend of two clones: Swan & Pommard 4 clone. It is medium-light to medium-ruby in color, an exquisite beauty that has a sexy, smoky nose, sappy red fruit, pomegranate notes, a luscious silky mouth feel, earthly minerality, ocean salt and smoke. This classic Pinot will evolve further from years of cellaring, if you have the will power not to drink it now.
