Product Description

V. 2017

Located in the north eastern corner of the AVA this vineyard site is a few degrees warmer. John Sebastiano’s fruit ripens a little earlier here than Radian and La Encantada. We get two Dijon clones from this location, 115 and 667, which we like to co-ferment, if luck has it in store for us. This lovely vineyard is meticulously farmed. The wine has a medium ruby color and is full on the palate, while exhibiting dark cherry fruit, pretty floral notes, spice, smoking tobacco. It’s layered and complex with a pleasing acidic balance that gains depth on the finish.
