Burst­ing with bright­ness this wine inte­grates pow­er and depth with finesse and com­plex­i­ty. Notes of red berries, cin­na­mon, caramel and laven­der leap from the glass simul­ta­ne­ous­ly with savory notes of smoked chori­zo and brown but­ter fried sage. On the palate this wine packs a one two punch of fresh cut straw­ber­ries and rasp­ber­ries, framed by fresh­ly caramelized brown sug­ar, bram­ble spices, cola, light­ly roast­ed cof­fee beans, and laven­der. The ample mid palate dri­ves the wine to an expan­sive fin­ish that lingers with notes of mocha, vanil­la bean and limestone.
