Product Description

V. 2021

67% Roussanne, 30% Picpoul blanc, 3% Grenache Blanc,

This bottling of the Gap has notes of Santa Rosa peaches, jasmine, orange blossom, crenshaw melon, and herbs de provence. A textural dream, the wine is both luscious and silky. The rich full bodied Roussanne, that saw 32 hours of skin contact, is reigned in beautifully with the acidity of the Picpoul Blanc. Lavish flavors of lemon and lavender pastille, honey drizzled stone fruit, and fresh pear build towards a crisp finish with notes of citrus zest, wet shale, and dried herbs. This vintage is up there with the 2015 and 2018 Gap as recent favorites, and is not one to miss out on.
