Your First Steps
Becoming a member of one of our TH Estate clubs is as simple as stopping by our tasting room, or filling out the online form linked below. Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a welcome email from our team. Be sure to check your spam filter if you don’t see the email.
The exact dates of each shipment vary from season to season, but generally we release new wines in the Spring and Fall each year. Wine selection on all of our wine clubs is customizable, and there is a Winemaker’s selection if you choose not to make your own. Our wines often sell out, so this is an opportunity to stock up on offerings that may quickly disappear.
Our smallest production wines, which are exclusive expressions of our winemaking passion and terroir, often have an incredibly limited allocation. Because of the unique nature of these limited wines, we share them with our club members first.
Community & Experience
When you make an appointment to visit our tasting room, you receive complimentary wine bar tastings. The quantity of complimentary tastings is commensurate with your membership level. Additionally, every wine purchase you make is at your club discount.
New wine releases, club shipments, and other unique tastings and dinners happen throughout the year. As a member, you receive the first opportunity — if not the sole opportunity — to join us for these events.
TH Estate Wines will email club members announcing the release of our current vintage prior to our annual shipment. The email will include a link to a secure webpage where members can complete their order, select shipping information, and include any special instructions. If no wines are selected by the specified release close date, the member will receive a Winemakers’ Selection and the credit card on file will be billed for the order amount plus shipping and tax (as applicable). Shipping address aside, these orders cannot be amended once processed.
In accepting the terms of our wine club, Team Hoage members agree to purchase at least two full club release shipments. Early termination will result in a minimum cancellation fee of $20, plus any discounts and complimentary tasting fees applied to the initial purchase(s).
After a total of two wine club purchases, membership may be canceled with written notice to the winery 30 days prior to the release open date. Cancellation requests received after the release open date will be honored after the current release has been processed. If a member wishes to cancel after the current release has been processed, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged, in addition to all shipping charges incurred.
Members are responsible for keeping all billing, shipping and credit card information current. Address updates must be documented in writing. If Customer had made no effort to update their ship address, resulting in a returned club shipment, Customer is responsible for all return and re-ship fees.
Members electing to pick-up their club orders will have until the first week of November to do so, unless special arrangements have been made. Orders not picked up by November will be shipped to the customer at their own expense.
